BGGame is the Data Controller in respect of all Personal Data collected through the Platform. Where we engage third-party Data Processors to carry out specific functions (for example, KYC verification providers, payment processors or platform technology suppliers), we do so under written data-processing agreements that require those processors to handle your data only as instructed by us, to apply appropriate security measures and not to use your data for their own purposes.

BGGame does not sell, rent or trade your Personal Data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We may share your Personal Data in the following circumstances:
We engage regulated, contractually bound third-party processors to support Platform operations, including KYC and identity verification providers, payment processing infrastructure providers, cloud hosting and data storage services, fraud detection and AML screening tools, and customer support technology providers. Each processor is required to Process your data only as instructed by BGGame and in accordance with applicable privacy standards.
We may disclose Personal Data where required to do so by applicable law, court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement authority. This includes reporting obligations under our international licence and AML regulations.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of all or part of BGGame's business, your Personal Data may be transferred to the relevant successor entity as part of that transaction, subject to equivalent data protection obligations being assumed by the acquirer.
References to Pakistani payment channels — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — on the Platform are for contextual familiarity only. Transaction data shared with any active payment processor is subject to that processor's own privacy policy and is limited to what is strictly necessary to execute the transaction.
We do not sell your data. No Personal Data is shared with advertisers, data brokers or marketing companies without your explicit consent.
BGGame's Platform infrastructure may involve the transfer of Personal Data to, and storage of Personal Data in, countries other than Pakistan or the jurisdiction in which you reside. Where such transfers occur, BGGame ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place — including standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions where applicable, or equivalent protective mechanisms — to ensure that your data receives a level of protection consistent with the standards applied under this Policy.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your Personal Data may be transferred internationally in accordance with the safeguards described above.
BGGame retains Personal Data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy or as required by applicable law, whichever is longer. The following general retention periods apply:

Following the expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised in accordance with BGGame's data destruction procedures.

You have the right to request a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you, together with information about how it is being processed.
You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data we hold about you. You may also update certain information directly through your account settings.
You may request the deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where you withdraw consent (and no other legal basis applies), or where the data has been unlawfully processed. Note that legal retention obligations may prevent full erasure in some circumstances.
You may request that we restrict the Processing of your Personal Data in certain circumstances — for example, while the accuracy of the data is being verified, or where you have objected to processing and we are assessing your objection.
Where processing is based on your consent or on contractual necessity, and is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format for transfer to another controller.
You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling. We will cease such processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or where processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting support or updating your account settings. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
We will respond to all rights requests within 30 days of receipt. Where requests are complex or numerous, we may extend this period by a further 60 days with prior notice. We will not charge a fee for handling rights requests unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
BGGame is strictly for adults aged 18 or above, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect or process Personal Data relating to persons under the applicable minimum age.
If BGGame becomes aware that Personal Data has been collected from a minor, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. The Platform does not contain links to external third-party websites other than those necessary for payment processing or regulatory compliance. To the extent that any such links exist, BGGame is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access in connection with your use of the Platform.
Payment providers referenced on the Platform (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) have their own privacy policies governing the data you provide to them directly. BGGame is not responsible for the data practices of these institutions.
BGGame may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, regulatory requirements or Platform services. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Users by email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the amended Policy takes effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
