Each individual may hold only one BGGame account. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
All promotional offers carry wagering requirements and time limits. Bonuses must be accepted and used in accordance with the specific terms published at the time of the offer.
All transactions must be made via methods available in your BGGame cashier. Payment providers referenced on the platform (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash) are cited as familiar local references only and do not imply a guaranteed deposit channel.

| "Winnings" | Any funds credited to a User's Account as a result of a successful Wager outcome, net of the original stake where applicable. |
Your continued use of the Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team.
These Terms may be updated by BGGame at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Where there is any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion or game, the specific promotion or game terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion or game only.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the terms of the Operator's licence, to open an Account and place Wagers on the Platform. BGGame maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where we have reasonable grounds to suspect the holder is underage.
By registering, you represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with all applicable laws of your jurisdiction before using the Platform. Each individual User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or related Accounts (whether in the same name, using the same email address, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method) is a breach of these Terms. BGGame reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any Balances held therein.
You must provide accurate, complete and current registration information at all times. If any of your registration details change, you are required to update your Account promptly. BGGame accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
BGGame operates a mandatory KYC process. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before deposits are credited, withdrawals are processed or certain Account features are unlocked:
BGGame reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in order to comply with its AML obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. BGGame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify BGGame immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. BGGame recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available.
Any Wager placed through your Account using correct login credentials will be treated as having been placed by you, unless you have notified BGGame of unauthorised access prior to the Wager being settled.
Deposits must be made using the payment methods available in your BGGame cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the cashier. BGGame does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment channel at any given time.
References to familiar Pakistani payment channels — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided on the Platform as contextual references only. They do not constitute a representation that these payment providers endorse, support or are affiliated with BGGame or gambling services generally.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification, satisfaction of all applicable bonus wagering requirements and compliance with the minimum and maximum withdrawal limits published in the cashier. BGGame processes withdrawals only to payment methods registered in the same name as the Account holder.
Processing times vary by payment method and operator policy. BGGame does not guarantee specific processing timelines. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, AML concerns, or unresolved KYC requirements.
Where amounts are quoted on the Platform in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs), these are provided for illustrative convenience only. Actual Account currency, exchange rates and applicable conversion fees are determined by the Operator and displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
You must only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are not permitted and may result in the reversal of the deposit, suspension of the Account and referral to relevant authorities.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered using qualifying games before a withdrawal can be requested. Contribution rates by game category (e.g., sports betting, live casino, slots) are specified in the relevant promotion terms. Any withdrawal request made before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of all remaining bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

BGGame (or the relevant platform provider) reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of erroneous odds, technical errors, suspicious betting patterns or any breach of these Terms.
In the event that BGGame publishes odds that are materially incorrect due to a technical error or manifest mistake, BGGame reserves the right to void all Wagers placed at the erroneous price and to reopen the market at the correct odds. Users will be notified of any such voidance. BGGame accepts no liability for losses arising from erroneous odds.
Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to real-time updates. Bets placed during a delay in the live feed may be voided if the match state at the time the bet was received materially differed from the state displayed to the User. Fast-moving markets during cricket, PSL, football, UFC and other live events carry inherent latency risk that the User accepts when placing in-play wagers.
Winnings are credited to your Account Balance following the settlement of each Wager in accordance with the applicable game or market rules. Settlement is based on the official result as determined by the relevant sports authority, game provider or regulatory body. BGGame's settlement decisions are final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game mechanics and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of BGGame or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of BGGame.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BGGame shall not be liable for:

BGGame reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our normal withdrawal procedure provided all KYC and AML requirements are met. Real-money balances will be returned to you via a supported payment method; bonus balances will be forfeited upon closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BGGame's international licence is issued, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first seek to resolve the matter by informal negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution in BGGame's licence jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents BGGame from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
Pakistani Users: These Terms are not governed by Pakistani law. BGGame does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts and does not claim any Pakistani government authorisation. You must independently seek legal advice regarding your rights and obligations under applicable Pakistani law.
BGGame reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect. Minor changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications or updates to reflect regulatory changes) may be made without advance notice.
The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at bggame.cam/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
